Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We do not accept returns on frozen or perishable items.
However, if your order arrives with:
• Broken or leaking jars
• Severely thawed or warm product upon delivery
• Incorrect items
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box
Once verified, Legacy Sea Moss may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds to the original form of payment are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Legacy Sea Moss is not responsible for product quality issues caused by:
• Delivery delays after the package has been marked as delivered
• Packages left unattended after delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Improper storage after delivery
